Terms of Service

These Terms of Service cover your use of the Last Ration mobile app and this website. Last Ration is a motivation and habit-quit tool, not medical care.
The service
Last Ration lets you set a finite ration of remaining habit uses, log spends and resists, earn run points, and unlock cosmetic themes. Habit history stays on your device. We do not require a Last Ration account.
Not medical advice
Last Ration is not a medical device, therapy, or clinical treatment. It does not diagnose, treat, or cure addiction or any condition. If you need medical or crisis help, contact a qualified professional or a local helpline. Links we show to quit resources are for convenience only.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where required by your store or local law) to use Last Ration. The app is not directed at children under 13.
Purchases and Premium
Optional Last Ration Premium unlocks paid cosmetic skins and related extras. Payment is processed by Google Play or the App Store under their terms. Run points never buy Premium and never extend your ration. Manage, cancel, or request refunds for subscriptions through your store account. Restore purchases on a new device from the in-app Shop when signed into the same store account.
Your responsibilities
Use the app honestly for your own quit work. Do not misuse the service, attempt to break store billing, reverse-engineer with intent to abuse entitlements, or use the app in any way that violates law or store policies. You are responsible for backing up local data if you want a copy (Settings → Data).
Local data and backups
Runs, logs, and preferences are stored on your device. Export creates a JSON file you control. Import replaces local game data on that device. Premium entitlement still follows the store after a restore. Uninstalling removes local data.
Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, or attack our verification or analytics endpoints. Do not submit unlawful content in optional notes fields. We may refuse service or revoke abusive access to our servers when needed to protect the product.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app and site are provided as is and as available. We make no warranty that Last Ration will help you quit, that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that it is fit for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Wellness Abound and its contributors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or quit outcomes arising from your use of Last Ration. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us for Premium in the twelve months before the claim, or zero if you never purchased Premium through us.
Changes
We may update these terms and the app over time. Material changes will get a new effective date on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and uninstall it.
